"Room amenities especially for a double room or any type of room should be met. I booked a double room but all emenities were for one pax i.e one towel,one coffee cup,one glass,one bottle of water. If a booking is done for 2 pax i would expect amenities to be provided for 2pax before check in rather than calling at the reception."
