"I arrived late from London and the shuttle was waiting for me. Quick check in and they upgraded me to a suite. It was wonderful and I was so grateful. My connecting flight was only at lunchtime the next day so I had a leisurely breakfast and delicious coffee. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind. The room/suite was great and so quiet. I had such a good nights sleep. I regularly come to this hotel en route to London. This was a wonderful return visit."
