"يعجبني تعامل الموظفين جميعه واخص بالذكر الاستاذ فؤاد العلوان يشعرك وكأنك في منزلك من بسبب كثر رحابته وبشاشته دعواتنا لهم بالتوفيق جميعاً"

"الاسره بجاجه لتغيير فالنوم عليها متعب جداً وبعض الاسره يخرج منها حديد سبب لي جروح بمنطقة الفخذ مع العلم ان هذا الامر تكرر لعدة مرات"

"اعجبني في مكان الإقامه تعمل الموظفين المتواجدين بالفندق واخص بالذكر موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ فؤاد العلوان كان شخص لطيفاً ودوداً اشعرني بأن المكان هو بيتي الثاني وسأكرر الزياره بسبب وجود هذا الموظف بالفندق على وجه الخصوص"
