Just 150 metres from its private beach, Simi Lan is in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre. It offers free bike rental and a free public transport pass. Each room has a modern and colourful design, plus its own balcony. All air-conditioned, rooms here also feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. Breakfast is buffet style and drinks are available from the bar throughout the day. Guests are also given free bus tickets around Lignano and the nearest bus stop is just 100 metres away. Access to the property's private beach includes 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers during summer months. Staff can arrange activities and excursions in the surrounding area. They will provide you with a shopping card offering discounts at local shops, restaurants and theme parks.

"Beautiful, renovated, clean hotel with very nice staff. The rooms were large enough, always clean. Cleaning and towels were changed every day. There was always water in the minibar. Breakfast was varied. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the main street and good restaurants. It's a short walk to the beach, everyone has their own sunbed and umbrella. Possibility to rent free bicycles.Free parking, but further away from the hotel."

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, top Lage, sehr sauber. Die Liegen am Strand sind für die Dauer des Aufenthalts inkludiert. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Es gibt einen Shuttle Dienst zum Parkplatz, ein sehr guter Service der einen schnell zum Hotel zurück bringt und bei der Abreise abholt."

"Die Zimmer hatten alles was man braucht! Es war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei und meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist super! Am Ende der Einkaufsstraße. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Das Personal war sehr nett und jederzeit behilflich! Wir kommen gerne wieder. War ein toller Kurzurlaub!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
