Overlooking the Kronplatz mountain, the 4-star Hotel Kristall is a 5-minute walk from Pfalzen’s centre. It features a free and fully equipped wellness centre and a restaurant with terrace serving Tyrolean specialities. Fitted with light-wood furniture, rooms have traditional carpeted floors. Each one features a balcony overlooking the mountains and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The hotel’s wellness area is complete with a sauna, Turkish bath and indoor pool. A fully equipped gym is also available. During summer, you can also use the hot tub in the garden. At the restaurant of Kristall Hotel, guests can also enjoy Italian cuisine. BBQ evenings and afternoon buffets with soups, cakes, teas and fruit can be organised. Ski lovers have a free heated ski storage space. Other services include free bike rental and both free indoor and outdoor parking. The Kristall is 7 km from the Kronplatz ski slopes. A free public ski bus stops 20 metres away and takes you to the slopes. The Terenten night ski slope is 4.5 km away.

"We love it, there is nothing we didnt liked. The Food was exceptional, The Hotel is not far from where we went. The Staffs were doing really good with their Job, very approachable. We slept Comfortably. Btw, they didnt have AC but it didnt bothered us. I highly recommend this place, might for sure come back again."

"We highly recommend this hotel to everybody staying in Dolomites.The hotel has an excellent location for skiing in Kronplatz mountain with a free ski bus service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Karolina for accommodating and helping us. The rooms were very spacious and redecorated to a high standard. The food was delicious with so much to choose from. We particularly liked the health suite area with various saunas and a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi😀"

"Sehr schöne, sauberes Hotel mit viel Komfort und sehr nette und zuvorkommenden Personal- Sehr aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz einer relativ späten Anreise haben wir auch noch ein Abendessen serviert bekommen, obwohl die Küche hier schon lange geschlossen war. Der Skibus hält ja auch sehr nah am Hotel."

"Siamo stati un paio di notti, struttura curata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottime le cene e le colazioni, personale molto gentile e accogliente. Area SPA gradevole dove rilassarsi dopo aver sciato. Le piste sono distanti circa 20 minuti, lo skibus fa un solo un paio di corse alla mattina, quindi bisogna stare attenti agli orari, noi abbiamo preferito utilizzare l’auto."

"Personeel is super aardig, werken hard. We staan er van versteld dat ze het met zo weinig personeel geregeld krijgen. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. We hebben een aantal keren deelgenomen aan het diner. Keuze was mogelijk uit hoofdgerecht en voorgerecht. Eten was uitstekend!"
