Set in Val Gardena valley and surrounded by a 3000 m² park, the Dorfer is a traditional Alpine hotel with a luxury wellness centre and restaurant. Hotel Dorfer's renovated rooms come with free WiFi, a satellite TV and minibar. Each room has a balcony or terrace, and a private bathroom. Some rooms overlook the Dolomites. Breakfast at the Dorfer is buffet style, and includes sweet and savoury items. The restaurant serves local and international cuisine in the evenings. In the winter, the hotel runs a ski school and offer ski storage. The nearest slopes are 200 metres away. The Dorfer is 25km from the Chiusa exit of the A22 Motorway, and a 50-minute drive from Bolzano. The hotel is 2 km from the Puez Odle National Park and provides free parking.

"Breakfast was fantastic, very large selection, the room was a good size and comfortable, staff were excellent, from reception, to bar, to restaurant and cleaning. Spa was nice, could have done with a pool."
"Whilst close to the slopes (a 5 minute walk) I would call it skinning ski out. A pool would be a nice addition."

"The location was excellent as it was central with all amenities within easy walking distance and it was only a 3 minute walk to the chair lift. The accommodation itself was special with the decor very tastefully done but had a traditional feel to it all while being classy and comfortable. Buffet was excellent. Facilities was excellent and spacious with a large jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and relaxation areas. Best of all were the staff who were very attentive and accomodating."
