"Marta is amazing, she is pure joy The place is meters away from the parking Montajo - escalator Comfy and spacious the room, and the best toilet we had in Italy Room with a view from Chiara Church"

"Stairs to the room, but this is everywhere in Italy anyway"

"Location, size of room and breakfast. Clean, comfy, spacious, polite staff"

"Communication prior to our arrival wasnt easy"

"Comfy, clean, spacious, lovely view of Santa Chiara. Lovely staff at the breakfast area. Very quiet place too."

"Communication with the hotel was very difficult. It was hard to get in contact with the accommodation. There seem to have been something wrong in the telephone lines as all our calls (three different mobiles were used) were being directed to someone else."

"Good location, clean, comfortable bed, friendly, welcoming staff, good breakfast, very reasonable cost."

"Our room and bathroom were quite small and there was only one small window near the ceiling which did not let in much light. Our friends room had a bigger window and a bit of a view however. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the upper rooms. The rooms are spartan with no decor to speak of."

"Lovely, clean, central and affordable. Nice staff! Breakfast was simple but nice Easy check-in and out Comfy large room"

"Aucun."

"Very nice and cosy place, pretty close to Basilica di Santa Chiara and main square of Assisi. The room was big, A/C worked perfectly and overall it was really good experience out there. Also breakfast was pretty good. ;-)"

"Nothing. ;-)"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful . Catered for individual needs ie gluten free. They were able to direct us to public transport for local places of interest."

"Directions to the hotel would have been helpful as we struggled to find it"

"The breakfast was very good and the location for walking was great."

"The access from the car park was a bit of a struggle with suitcases."
