"Nice breakfast, location is very nice close to the waterfall hike (Skogafoss) and quiet at night! Room is basic but very comfortable!"

"brakfast is nice benefit plus free tea and coffe. room was large and there was no issue to find a spot in one of the shared bathrooms very near ro waterfalls."

"self check in was super simple, room was spacious, the entire property was tidy and clean, including bathrooms. wifi worked well throughout. the kitchen takes the win - spacious, clean, all utensils and appliances provided and a lovely coffee machine."

"there wasn’t actual power plugs in the room, we had to charge camera battery in the hallway (only usb a & usb c in rooms)"

"Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is big and very well equipped. The location is also very good."

"They don't have any regular plugs inside the room, only usb plugs near the beds, so if you need to charge your camera batteries or other equipments, it can be a little stressful."

"It's near skogafoss and kvernufoss, you can walk to skogafoss 30 mins and to kvernufoss 15/20mins, you can leave your car at the hostel so you do not have to pay the parking on both falls! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, they have coffee machine and lot of choices of coffee"

"This charming hotel, set in a building that was once a school, really impressed us with its history and character. The furniture is simple and a bit old, but everything is impeccably clean and very well maintained. Despite its age, the place feels welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Its location is also excellent, just a short distance from the beautiful Skógafoss waterfall. Overall, a memorable and pleasant stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights and experienced two different rooms during our stay. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all the necessary facilities. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of the main attractions and popular city walks, which made exploring very convenient. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety to start the day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel."
