"The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Staying at a cabin was quite an experience."

"The cabin, though well equipped, was very small. The hotel rooms in comparison looked more spacious and comfortable. The location of hotel was quite a distance from the main road. The small road was not lit at night. So its a bit challenging."

"Location, breakfast had a fair amount of options (scrambled eggs, cornflakes, toasts, fruits, waffles), the bungalow itself was super cozy and comfortable."

"The kitchen could be better equipped, lacked enough plates and silverware, and pans to cook on. Besides that everything as good :)!"

"The bungalow was adorable, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the breakfast."

"I didn't like that was no WiFi in the bungalow. There was WiFi in the hotel, but it didn't reach us. Looking back at the listing, WiFi wasn't mentioned and I guess I assumed."

"Despite the look from outside, inside it it a real oasis of tranquility. Very pleasant "like at home" stay. Car-charging station only 10km far (as it is out of common infrastructure)"

"Charming cabin in a remote area. Exactly what we were looking for. There was a bit of driving involved to get there, but we did not mind. Communication with the owners prior to the trip was very good, they made sure we found the cabin easily. The location is close enough for trips to the glacier lagoon, the Golden Circle, Selfoss, Vestmanneyjar island the black beach and Hella, where one can catch the highland busses for day trips into the mountainous areas. Still so much we missed to visit, so we might have to come back. Spacious rooms which are perfect for a family of 4 or 5, very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen with all necessary supplies. We could not ask for more. There even was an outdoor grill and a jacuzzi, but we did not get the chance to use it (we've been out quite a lot). And nothing beats early morning coffee on the terrace while enjoying the magnificent view and the birds singing <3"
