"Breakfast was excellent. The gentleman at reception booked me a taxi for the airport (6.15am). Taxi was excellent, exactly on time."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they allowed my friend to check in an hour earlier than check in time, helped to get our belongings via stairs to the room, ordered taxi when we could not order an uber for half of hour, called to offer breakfast etc. Good location - clean, safe, with many shops and places to eat, also metro station is close to the hotel. Wi-fi worked mostly well. Hotel provides free bottles of water and fruits. Breakfast is served in the room, but it is enough tasty."

"This hotel was above our expectation, we felt so safe and happy here. The hotel staffs were really kind and helpful. They try to assist you the best way they can! The airport transfer with an extra cost was a great deal, it was so easy, safe and comfortable. You will get clean rooms, attentive and helpful staffs, delicious breakfast and useful information, when staying in this hotel. Also the hotel staffs are fluent in many languages, so you do not have to worry about communication. They even speak Japanese!! I can recommend this hotel to anyone!!!"
