"I had a fantastic stay at The Monarch, thanks to its prime location on Brigade Road, which is bustling with amenities and attractions. The hotel is surrounded by a wide range of dining options, including great restaurants, and plenty of well-known shops like Levi’s for those looking to do some shopping. The hotel itself offers excellent services, from the delicious food at the in-house restaurant to the convenient and efficient laundry service. The staff are always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping is also top-notch, keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I always enjoy my time at The Monarch, whether it’s for the great service, the unbeatable location, or the overall comfort. It’s always a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it."

"Rooms a bit outdated and worn out. A refurbishment would really help. The hotel was accessible with one flight of stairs. Lift was accessible from basement (ramp to go down)"
