"Food and service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was also quite good, close to the centre or prime locations. Their rooftop restaurant was excellent and worth a visit. Decent variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian snacks or main course meals."
"Though we booked the suite which mentioned sofa bed, but we had to ask for a separate bedding as sofa was not a viable option to sleep for the 3rd person. Furniture requires a bit of cleaning or uplifting, for a suite it demands a bit of premium feel and look. Pricing differences for in room order for basic beverages like soft drinks and if you place the same for the room from the restaurant even though the serving was done in the room."

"The hotel looks and seems luxurious and modern. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and the housekeeping services were quite good. The beds were very comfortable."
"The cleanliness factor could have been a lot better especially in the bathroom. The first room that we were assigned had black mouldy spots on the blinds covering the window between the bedroom and bathroom which is why we asked to be shifted to another room. The second room was a bit cleaner but we noticed a lot of dirt and grime in the bathtub and the shower cabinet which made it seem a bit unhygienic. We also noticed that there was a lot of dust behind the night stands which makes me think that they don’t vacuum well and do surface level cleaning. Also, one of the hotel’s entry is under construction which made it hard to locate the actual entry and we got lost. It would have been appreciated if they had informed us of that beforehand."
