"Historically decorated room that was comfortable and clean. Terrace at restaurant has wonderful views of lake, although in direct sun for middle of day (but breakfast there delightful). Also the seating outside the rooms gives good glimpses of lake."

"This is real India. The hotel is historical with old features. If you are looking for modern comfort of chain hotels this is not for you. We loved it. The room was huge as was the bathroom and dressing room which was great for us travelling with 2 large suitcases. The shower is over and old bath so not good for anyone with mobility issues."

"WiFi was not great. Breakfast also was not high standard. Shower needed descaling as water went everywhere. Curtains on the windows to the terrace where people walk do not cover the entire window so we had to be careful to block them."

"An amazing hotel on Puskar lake with stunning views of the lake. Right next to ghats where you can sit in the evening and watch the goings on. Staff were friendly and attentive and room was huge."
