"ทำเล....ห่างจาก metro ราว700เมตร ห่างจากmall 600 เมตร เป็นระยะที่พอเดินไหว แท็กซี่หาง่ายในทำเลนี้ เดินไม่ไกลมีสวนเล็กๆ minto park ซึ่งดี และฝั่งตรงข้ามเบเกรี่อร่อย"
