"Great visit apart from the hotel forgot to book us a taxi to the airport. We had difficulty f8nd8ng one which resulted in a hairy drive to the airport"

"Old colonial feel. Loved the lift and the ac and fans were a god send. Felt secure as well. Staff very nice and helpful. I had booked afwmy room to myself as that was all that was left and was nice to have a lot of space."

"The external bathroom was a bit tough to navigate but was fine. Breakfast was a bit basic . 3 small bits of toast and a coffee doesn’t exactly set you up for the day. No other gripes. It was better then I expected"

"Great downtown location. Rooms a lot nicer than in the photos - and HUGE! Staff were lovely and really helpful. Proper old vibe without feeling run down or dirty. Cool classic french lift. Bathrooms were clean, and water pressure was good. Felt nice and safe, and was okay to walk home too alone."

"More then 20 years I am staying in Bentleys in Colaba! I like the area. The hotel is central and quiet. I stay usually in a big family room with balcony. I love the furniture style and the tiles, the breakfast is served in the room. The service of the people. After long of a time of staying here it feels like home"
