"They stay was absolutely brilliant. Can't recommend it enough to families. We had a 13 month old with us and she was just so comfortable with the hotel. The food was amazing and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Definitely recommend going back again and am in the process of re-booking at the moment. The rooms where so spacious. We had her in a crib beside the extra bed in the superior room and we still had so much room to move around."
"The service at the bar was very slow. I just felt that they didn't have a management to guide them. The bar staff where so lovely and once they came to us they were brilliant. They just needed a manager behind the bar to organise work positions for the staff."

"Bit disappointed that the bedside lamp didn't work so we had to get out of bed to turn off the main . Thought it might be the bulb but it appeared to be stuck in the lamp and we couldn't move it."
"Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, especially kind to the children. The food in the bar was absolutely beautiful and a nice kids menu aswell. Play den was a welcome treat to entertain the kids. Family kitchen room on first floor is a thoughtful great addition. Breakfast also had plenty of choice and very tasty."
