"Peter, the host was very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The accommodation is at the edge of town but Peter advised me to go to the golf club for something to eat, it was only a 10 minute walk away and the food was very good at a reasonable price."

"Nestled in a farm court yard opposite the church of Ireland in the tiny village of OldLeighlin on the Carlow Kilkenny border. Easy to find & ideal for touring around Carlow & Kilkenny. The midlands has lots to offer on its doorstep. The small but perfectly adequate fam house is attached to the working farm with parking in a secure yard. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with 2 double beds. Bathroom has a disabled accessible shower. Our host Olive was there to meet us and talk us through house facilities and local attractions. I had my rescue dog Charlie with me and there were places close at hand to walk him."
