"No tv was a big downside to the property. Kitchen being downstairs and living room upstairs was a little difficult as there wasn't enough room and chairs in the kitchen."

"It was a pity that the downstairs area was restricted to the kitchen. Locking off the front living room limited the available space for 5-6 persons to the small kitchen. The property condition was expected for its age, but small improvements would remove the sense of neglect (toilet cistern, kitchen cupboards, carpet trim). Street noise from revellers was noticeable, though there is little that could be done by the property other than double glazing."
