"Beautiful views, amazing location close to many hiking paths, great food with a lot of choices."
"The indoor SPA area is quite small so if becomes crowded easily and there is nothing special. The main attraction was the outdoor jacuzzi which you can use in the winter but it was always full."

"Most of what is written here will be nitpicking but it is worth reading. The A/C in our room had become inoperable by the end of the second night and was stuck at a decent 17 degree Celsius. There were two complaints with the staff, one being that they did not set the table for us on the last breakfast (due to low staff members on that morning) and the other for an unpleasant waiter who told me off (or felt like it anyways) for not tipping her."

The amenities were top-notch, including a delicious on-site restaurant. Overall, my experience at the hotel was truly unforgettable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a four-star experience."
"The otherwise superb hotel boasts luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and stunning views. However, the wellness facility leaves much to be desired. The pools are a bit outdated and in need of modernization and the pool area lacks sufficient seating for guests. With a few improvements to the wellness facility, this hotel could truly be a top-notch destination for relaxation and rejuvenation."
"The breakfast was excellent , wide range of foods and drinks. ALso the wellness area was amazing and the staff was nice."
"The dinner was buffet but it didn't include any drinks, not even water , which was weird. For this price it should include at least water or lemonade (which was served at the breakfast). Air conditioner would be nice in the rooms as it was pretty warm at night."
