"The hotel managed to provide for our family of six in a convenient manner, and a thoughtful employee allowed me to have a chair in our room due to varicose vein operations I had a few months ago."

"the hotel staff tried to keep the 50 euro deposit because the room tag came off the key, when they themselves said the tags are old and break easily. they allowed us to pay 15 euros in the end for it but if the tags are old then why should customers pay for it, and why don’t they maintain their facilities better? their facilities could be in better condition."
