"The hotel is wonderful, so is the staff. We felt welcomed, the hotel is located in the center, all things are in walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant which is also outstanding. We had a wonderful stay."

"Reception inesistente, il personale che ci è venuto ad aprire non è stato garbato e non ci ha dato nessuna informazione sulla colazione, tant’è che non l’abbiamo potuta fare (successivamente abbiamo scoperto che iniziava alle 8.30 senza sapere nemmeno dove). Non è un albergo da 4 stelle. La signora con cui abbiamo comunicato tramite messaggi, invece, è stata molto cordiale e disponibile, peccato che non si è mai vista."
"Отель расположен очень удачно, в центре города но в спокойном месте, рядом набережная и череда ресторанов и баров. Понравилось все- Ана-администратор, всегда в доступности, говорит по-английски. Номер очень приятный, чистый, без балкона. Завтраки в соседнем ресторане-пиццерии."
