"The location was excellent. The apartment was plenty big enough for 2 adults."
"I understand you will hear noise from around 7-8am from outside as you are in the heart of Old Town. But my suggestion would be not to put a family with a small child on top floor, who gets up a 6am and runs around for 2 hours. You can hear alot between the floors. I get that's a minor thing. Can't pick who's above or below you when you book. Definitely the right choice staying inside the Old Town."
"Location was fab! We stayed with our 16 month old and being able to nip back to the apartment easily was perfect for us. It was end of October so the accommodation price was excellent and the city wasn’t too busy which was lovely!"

"The location was fabulous. The staff were also outstanding. The young lady who met us did our washing for free and carried our bags to the third floor whilst we explored the town waiting for our room to be ready . I hurt my back during our stay and another member of staff helped by calling paramedics and arranged for them to visit. She waited to let them into the apartment. I can't speak highly enough of the staff who were very friendly and helpful."

"Arrived at midnight after flight delays and had difficulty locating the address and then access to apartment with dim lighting."
"In a fantastic position in the old city. Very near everything but in a quiet street. It is the most beautiful city and it was so easy to pop in and out of our apartment all day while sightseeing. There were no stairs to our apartment from the Pile Gate which was very helpful."

"Villa Flores was in an excellent location in the Old Town. Not far from the Pila Gate with no stairs to manage, until you get to the Apartment then you have internal steps to your room, but manageable. Not too noisy at night as you are tucked away from main restaurants and bars."

"Only minor issue is there’s a relatively small hot water tank so you need to shower quite quickly but it’s a minor issue!!"
