"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."
