The capsule room could have been a little bigger, but it was nice nonetheless.

"The location is superb can easily walk anywhere. The 24/7 front desk staff is friendly, and breakfast is delicious. "It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

The toilet somehow plugged and the water flowed all over the place during my stay. But thankfully, the staff acted really quickly and fix the problem. The roommates also volunteered to help. We started to chat and become friends. It was a really warming experience at the end. Also, I would appreciate if the breakfast can be more elaborate.

"I really like the concept of this place. It's affordable, and the proceeds go to the animals. The terrace in our room was great. There was a super cute cat tablecloth on the table."

No curtains on the bed. I also was charged twice for my stay here a long time after I left which was disappointing to see but I did get refunded.
