"Great cozy cottage, good sized kitchen, but the higlight was Bongzie, the farm dog that comes to collect the cheese tax, and is incredibly sweet 😁"

The mattress was a bit on the thin side.

"I loved the personal note, milk and hot cross buns, lovely cottage, location, views and comfy stay"

I didn't like the front door as the wind blew through very easily.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Our stay at this villa was exceptional, offering true five-star comfort with breathtaking sea views that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with high-quality toiletries, elegant furnishings, and excellent facilities that made us feel both pampered and at home. We especially enjoyed the fully equipped BBQ area, the swimming pool, and the private jacuzzi, which added a perfect touch of luxury and enjoyment. Overall, it is an ideal choice for families and couples seeking privacy, comfort, and an unforgettable seaside getaway, and we would happily return again."

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

"Nestled just outside Gallipoli, this budget villa offers a refreshing escape for those seeking simplicity and warmth. The highlight is undoubtedly the bountiful garden, laden with delicious fruits that guests are encouraged to savor. The freshness and flavors of these homegrown treats add a delightful touch to the stay. Equally noteworthy is the super friendly owner, whose genuine hospitality creates a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel like cherished visitors."

While the villa's simplicity may appeal to those seeking a no-frills experience, it's essential to note that the furnishings are extremely basic. Additionally, the distance to the town center may pose a challenge for those looking to immerse themselves in Gallipoli's vibrant atmosphere, as commuting is required. However, for those prioritizing tranquility over proximity, the trade-off might be acceptable.

"New place nice view middle of the city centre very clean area good parking heater big balcony bug parking area quiet place for relaxation"

"The keys were in a secret location but one of the owners was there to greet us as well"

Nothing I didn't like

"We liked just everything. Sitting on the veranda was just idyllic with the views. Lovely host, lovely location."

We liked everything.

"It was in a fantastic remote location with wonderful facilities throughout. Ideal for families or a group."

TV could do with being updated.

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.

"Nuostabus pasakų namelis ant skardžio miške. Namelis jaukus, jame radome visko, ko gali reikėti laikui gamtoje."

Vienintelis trūkumas (kuris nelabai net trūkumas) kurį šeimininkai žadėjo pataisyti, tai žarsteklio nebuvimas šaslykinės ar laužo malkoms patvarkyti.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Casaroro Residence. The accommodation is located in a mountainous region surrounded by nature. It's very quiet, no traffic noise. Waterfalls and hiking trails are nearby. The room is well equipped. Large double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Aircon is super silent. There's a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with hot shower and outside you can sit on a veranda which is protected by mosquito nets and there's also a barbecue area outside. The internet connection is stable and quite fast, for entertainment there's flat screen TV with Netflix and even a Playstation4. For this budget this is one of the best places i ever stayed. I can absolutely recommend this place!"

Nothing to complain about

"Excelente el lugar y la atención de su dueño. Atento a cada detalle, quedamos con ganas de volver."

"La ubicación, el lugar muy acogedor. Al igual q sus dueños muy amables y atentos."

Todo estuvo lindo. Volveríamos sin lugar s dudas.

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"The owners of this property are very nice people, very helpful, if you need anything, they provide you immediately.BT"

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"Élégant, pratique, confortable. Très agréable et jolie la petite piscine ! Les basiques cuisine et salle de bain à disposition c’est top aussi."

Dommage le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la mesure où il y a un lave-linge, un petit étendage, en sus de l’échelle pour les serviettes, serait pratique

Tete morne is a steep hike if you have no transport
