Little troubles with water pressure and warm water but Khatira was helpful and ready to solve problems.

"The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.

Aunque en maps me me indicaba que para pocos kms se tardaba mucho ( es decir, malísimos caminos), no fue así y llegamos a la primera una vez que pasas la población de São José. La casa está todavía en construcción algún dormitorio. El entorno es una maravilla, rodeado de naturaleza. La primera noche cenamos en el porche pero ya a partir del segundo día nos amenazaban las hormigas. Nos esperaron para darnos las llaves. Las habitaciones arriba son muy amplias con balcón y vistas. Las camas cómodas. Hay dos baños con ducha, a mí me resultó más cómodo el de abajo, el de arriba no cerraba la puerta. La cocina dispone de barra americana, horno (no muy limpio), cocina a butano y todo el menage está fuera. Buena relación calidad-precio"

Podría mejorar un poco en limpieza de la cocina. La barra americana dispone de 3 taburetes (eramos 4) y muy altos, cuesta un poco subirse.

"It was so well equipped for our family. The small pool was great for my 3 year old. We had our own private entrance, patio and outdoor sitting area. It felt safe and provided a restful place for us to call home for 5 days. Many beaches nearby, one within walking distance."

There are tons of mosquitos and tiny ants. This was observed elsewhere on the island that we stayed too and is not particular of this property. Be prepared with your own insect repellent.

The accommodation is quite remote and arriving at night (my own "fault"), the drive up into hills from nearest "main" road is a long way through forest. A bit tricky, but worth the trip! Important to have good guidance in advance!

"Great location, loved the customer service and the price is very competitive. The beds were comfortable and loved the fact that we could watch the African Cup of Nations on TV. The place is very clean. Really loved that."

While not the fault of the house, the Unexpected Electricity outages were inconvenient. Long terms measures could include a back up generator or battery storage. Would also be good to have toilet papers in the toilets, not everyone is a big fan of using water. I had to purchase my own toilet papers. Hot water didn't seem to work.

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "*We loved the renovation especially the extension to include a glass dining room/summer room. *Having 3 bathrooms *The privacy *Gardens *Location to the bus stop into Andorra la Vella, walking distance to the gondola and village centre. *Beautiful views especially from the summer room. *Plenty of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink *Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults *Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again and would love to give a 10/10 marking. To do this going forward we would not want to encounter any issues with those noted below. Plus one suggestion would be for wood/pellets for the fires to be offered at an additional cost."

*On arrival only one clear entry to the property. The side garden by the parking space needed a clear pathway of the snow and the steps up from the front garden needed a build up of mud clearing off to level them and again a clear pathway of snow leading from the end of the Princessa Park pathway that led to the garden. *We had an issue with some of the bed pillows having seen better days, however one little message to the owner and they were replaced with new ones. *NO WASHING MACHINE as advertised. This created an issue as two guests brought limited clothing with intentions of washing their clothes on holiday. *No toilet brushes - really unpleasant if the toilet bowl needed cleaning.

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

Not a didn’t like but consider one restaurant ‘Tet Rouge’ open a short walk away. Hire car a must for getting about.

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.
