"Lovely room, nicer than pictures. We felt really comfortable and relaxed in our room. Comfy bed and great bathroom, I particularly liked the sink. Activities recommended for our stay were a nice touch. Double doors for extra security and keeping out mosquitos."

"Excellent, central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Josef with recommendations, translation and quick responses. Felt very clean and relatively comfortable with TV."

"Our room backed onto reception and therefore could hear all activity from early hours, people checking in/out and phone ringing. Shower was very temperamental and lacked basic amenities for a ‘hotel’ stay like mini fridge etc."

"A lovely vibrant room with opening windows. There is a safety box in the room, as well an air conditioner and 2 fans. There is a good sitting area outside in the courtyard and the accommodation is close to everything you may need. The ATM is not to far and located in the supermarket. The wifi is good. There is a great restaurant across the road where the food is really good. Also try the The Big Fish restaurant if you want seafood."

"Just be careful of the steps leading to the bathroom, as there is not alot of room between the landing and the first step. Also the tiles can be slippery if your feet are wet."

"Sunrise is a great place to stay in El Paredon if you are trying to avoid the party hostels. It’s a nice and quiet place with an amazing garden and pool. But most of all it’s the owner, Simone, that makes the place amazing. He is very relaxed and super friendly. He offers his help wherever he can and even offered us fresh coffee every morning (he’s Italian so it’s good coffee)."

"This hostel was great, one of the best I've ever stayed i -we had a private room with AC and private bathroom. We were worried that it would be too much of a party hostel but our room was quiet and the common areas were very chilled. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were tuns of events if you wanted to meet people from even morning yoga classes. The food in the restaurant was also super convenient and huge portions - the staff even made a super simple dish for me when I was recovering from food poisoning."
