Located on the North Coast of Samos, near the village of Kokkari, this hotel is surrounded by a broad expanse of green lawn, 25 km from the airport. The traditional-style, fully-air conditioned rooms are spread throughout one main building and a complex of bungalows. Our comfortable rooms are equipped with all modern amenities, including large verandas overlooking the sea. It is only 600 metres from the 2 most popular and wonderful beaches of Samos Island, Tsamadou and Lemonakia. The sparkling waters are ideal for all kinds of sports. The restaurant specialises in Greek cuisine with daily international dishes. Once a week in June, July and August, our Greek evenings are always popular, with a sumptuous buffet, Greek music and folk dancing.

"Generous spaces and outdoor areas. The pool bar, pool area and short cut to Kokkari town. The Daily bus and closeness to Lemonakia and Navagos Beaches. Litsa and Natalia at reception can organize anything you need for a wonderful stay."

One day we have been asked to move away from the tables of the bar if we do not order anything, that was not nice. We were sitting there since there was not enough place around the pool."

"Δεν εχω λόγια,σαν να πήγαμε σε κάποιο συγγενή μας,η Μαίρη άψογη σε όλα ! Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."

"We stayed here with our big family (5 people in one room and 2 in another) for the second time. This is the only hotel not far from the airport where you can stay together in one room as a large family. The staff are very pleasant, and the value for money is perfect. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a large balcony, a stove to cook meals, and parking right in front of the hotel or along the street (just a meter away – we could see our car from the balcony). I highly recommend this hotel if you arrive late or leave Athens early."

"amazing view over the harbour, the staff were extremely friendly. we have been island hopping for 3 weeks and the owners of this apartment were one of the kindest and most welcoming we have met. they paid for our drinks when we ended up in the same restaurant for lunch one day. our room was cleaned every day compared to the usual once every two days. location is very close to the port but there is a steep hill to walk up. close to a lot of quality restaurants/bus stop and bakery"

"Very clean and near the center of Livadia, but still a very quit area (as all of Livadia is). Nice outdoor space with chairs and a table, comfortable bed and a nice couch and chairs inside to relax in. Very good air condition that cooled down the entire flat. Lovely staff, clean, comfortable and easy."
