"It’s a good location, away from the crowds but close to all the nice beaches and nature activities. The apartment is new and clean. Very good value for money."

"As others said, the fans are not strong enough to keep the air flow and it gets very hot and stuffy so a bit hard to sleep. What was a bit unexpected (but maybe normal in France?) is that nothing is provided as in - toilet paper and basic things. Also what I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere is a 60 euro cash deposit that is taken in case you don’t clean (mopping, cleaning the kitchen and so on). We didn’t mind so much but I never had to clean a Booking.com rental or buy basic hygiene products, so this would be great to know beforehand imo."

"Excellent price, great value for money. Convenient location if your focus is on the numerous attractions of the West (Caribbean) coast of Basse-Terre and if you have a car. The quality of the apartment is outstanding. Everything is modern and very clean. Very comprehensive kitchen equipment. All you could ever need is available. Strong WiFi. Quiet, apart from the occasional car along the road. Strong hot water supply. Good communication with host who lives on site and is flexible. Would book again."

"Although ventilation is provided by ceiling fans in each room, an A/C would probably be better, at least in the bedroom, as it can get very hot. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you might have the occasional insects. However, I was not being bothered by moskitos."

"Déjà St Louis petite ville très agréable que je recommande La villa Corneille est idéalement placée ( commerces et plage à pied) A 5 minutes à pied du débarcadère Accueil formidable avec possibilité de commander à la personne qui gère la location un plat créole On est même allé nous chercher à Grand Bourg car notre bateau ne débarquait pas à St Louis La location est agréable et très calme Je recommande à 100%"

"Nous avons aimé l emplacement. Près de plages notamment de plage de surf et près de la marina de St François (15 minutes en voiture) pour trouver des petits déjeuner et restaurants ouverts après 18h. Le jacuzzi et le bungalow sont très agréables."

"Tout l'emplacement, la tranquillité des lieux, le côté cocooning, la petite famille des proprios entrevus ponctuellement qui étaient sympathiques et nous ont donné des indications. Les lieux sont bien pensés chacun a son espace et ce n'est pas du tout dérangeant. Les 2 salles de bains. L'énorme terrasse où il fait bon de se prélasser après un petit punch de bienvenue. Le jardin avec sa douche extérieure"

"Zen Paradise = porte parfaitement son nom. Nous avons passé 5 semaines au paradis. Le logement + son patio couvert sont spacieux et bien équipés. La piscine dans son jardin fleuri complète le confort de la location. Le stationnement de la voiture est sur la propriété. Ce logement est idéalement situé à Sainte Anne proche du centre ville et des plages. Charlise et Pascal sont des hôtes accueillants, très gentils, discrets et toujours à notre écoute. Nous étions comme à la maison et pour un nouveau séjour en Guadeloupe, sans hésitation nous retournerons à Zen Paradise. Gilles et Corinne"
