"Amazing hotel, modern design and extraordinary friendly and helpful staff! ☺️ Location in the very center but in cost and quit street (1-2 minutes walking distance to local cafes and restaurants). Also hotel restaurant is great asset and cool place to eat and spend nice time. I am thrilled with the hotel and people working there. For sure will come back to Platforma Hotel next time. Highly recommend!"

"Hello I liked the location,food in the restaurant below and staff-they were super helpful.I am very messy and deorganized traveler and team at the hotel made me feel super comfortable and nice-lady Madeline (with curly hair) was super nice and helpful as my key was not working and really fixed the situation! "The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, about 300 mts from Train Station and a walkable distance to the city center. 1 km to the Mini Bus to Mestia."

"It is well located accommodation if one does the Mestia-Ushguli trek. The hosts are very hospitable as well as their lovely children. We tried only the breakfast, but as it is mentioned in other reviews, the food is fantastic and homemade. It is also very clean and tidy."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
"The dinner and the breakfast were rich and tasty. Many of the raw materials for the food are grown by the family (f.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, honey, trout, etc.) and they offer also own wine."
