"The front desk staff were very kind, patient, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a stunning view of the area truly relaxing. However, breakfast was a bit limited and not very satisfying, and there’s only one restaurant nearby, which makes dining options somewhat restricted."

"Big Rooms, nice view from the room, clean property. Borjomi Central Park is approx. 2-3 Kms. Value for money."

"Breakfast needs improvement, must add fruits, corn flakes and full fat milk and more options. No Elevator. Reception at first floor, few rooms in second floor. Luckily we go a room in the first floor."

"Great hotel with really big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and an amazing view from the windows. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. We took a jeep tour with gorgi in the mountains which was excellent. All in all, very good hotel."

"No elevator and no washing machine in the room but this is really small things."

"Giorgi and Anna, our hosts at Natali Hotel, are super kind and warm and friendly. They took extra effort to make sure we felt welcome and at home. Super exciting Jeep trip with Giorgi was also exquisite! The tooms are spacious and super clean, staff are so nice. I extended my stay an extra week because I loved this place! Highly recommended!"

"Everything is great about this hotel, the location, the staff, the rooms and particularly the FOOD. Some of the best views I’ve ever seen and for sure the best quality of air too, the location takes the hotel to another level. As for the rooms and staff everything was perfect, staff was so nice to us we went to a tour in the mountains that was breathtaking. The rooms are clean, the views are great and the bed is very comfortable. The FOOD is amazing, some of the best Georgian food I had in Georgia !"

"Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and have all necessary facilities within the room. Big balcony with mountain views. The breakfast was amazing with many options. Staff was very kind and helpful. we will highly recommend for others. We will come again no doubt.😇"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Bakuriani. The location is perfect — very close to the 25 Ski Track, which made skiing extremely convenient. The cottage has a fireplace which makes the space very cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Both bedrooms have their own balcony and private bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The cottage also has its own yard and a beautiful mountain atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Bakuriani."

"Very nice location as for Gudauri. It’s really close to the ski lift and you don’t need to walk via this crazy main road. All the place was really nice, rooms were clean, there was cozy common space and also ski depot. All the staff were super nice and helpful and they spoke English well. Breakfast was okay, every day you could find something different. They also have good restaurant and as a hotel guest you have a discount."
