"Property was exactly as it is in pictures. Very cozy and comfortable. Very warm (it was -22 C outside but it was very warm inside) and pleasant. Views were breathtaking. Host was very responsive and friendly. There was a minor issue with water and host help in minutes."

"- super Lage, Supermärkte, Bäcker und Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt - hübscher, liebevoller Garten und toller Ausblick auf den Kazbegi - Hütte sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern - im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften preiswert - die Gastgeber haben uns während des Aufenthaltes nochmal frische Handtücher und Shampoo vorbeigebracht"

"- die Haustür lässt sich nicht abschließen - wir hatten die Unterkunft unter anderem aufgrund der vorhandenen Heizung ausgewählt. Leider ging diese nicht an und die Gastgeber reagierten nicht auf unsere Nachrichten obwohl draußen Frost war. Komischerweise antworteten sie bevor sie von uns das Geld bekamen sehr schnell, danach gar nicht mehr... - am Ankunftstag ging weder Strom noch Wasser, sodass wir nichtmal die Toilette nutzen konnten. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies aufgrund von angekündigten Bauarbeiten im Ort so sei und bis 18.30 wieder alles laufen soll. Als wir abends zurückkehrten gingen Strom und Wasser jedoch immernoch nicht. Erst auf erneuerter Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass dies erst nach und nach im Ort wieder angestellt wird und es noch bei uns dauert. Um 20.30 wurde die Verbindung bei der Hütte endlich wiederhergestellt. Selbstverständlich können die Gastgeber hier nichts für, aber sie hätten uns wenigstens von alleine darüber informieren können."

"1. Расположение: немного в стороне от суетливого и пыльного центра Степанцминды, но в то же время до всего 5-10 минут пешком. Шикарный сад вокруг, тишина и ароматы. Потрясающий вид на Казбек из садика. 2. Сам домик. Очень чисто, все свежее, современное. Есть небольшая кухня, душ и туалет в домике. Уютная терраса. Жаль только, что повернута не в сторону Казбека). 3. Гостеприимные хозяева, довели чуть не за ручку, все показали, застелили и т.д. 4. Соотношение цена-качество на 10 баллов!"

"We stayed in Mountain Hut for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The cottage itself is pretty nice and cozy with a little kitchen and comfortable clean beds. it has a garden full of beautiful flowers. The location is great, calm street and 5 mins walk to the center and station. The host was extremely helpful and nice person who was very hospitable and always available for any questions or calls. (even found a driver for us) It's a really good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again."

"Очень милый отель, прекрасная хозяйка. Место несколько уединенное, что хорошо для отдыха. В номере хорошая отдельная кухня, есть большой холодильник, стиральная машина, телевизор, кондиционер, диван, стол и 3 стула. Можно при желании готовить или ходить в кафе по направлению к морю. Наверху - шикарное пространство для проведения вечеров. До пляжа минут 12. Рядом аэропорт. Шум в номере не заметен. А на пляже - это развлечение, за которым специально приезжают отдыхающие! В целом, sea zone - это место, где можно прекрасно отдохнуть!"

"We booked the apartment with jacuzzi, and it was a great decision. The room was not cheap, but it's a good value for money, because you actually get the whole apartment - with the well-equipped kitchen and all the necessary facilities! The location is not too central, so there is almost no noise around (only a few doggies barking in the neighborhood maybe). Neighbors are quiet. The apartment was super clean, spacious and with everything that you may need. We loved it! The manager contacted us before our arrival, and during our stay we were in contact. The staff here is super-friendly, helpful and hard working to make your stay perfect!"

"The hotel was in a great location, very close to the centre. The room came with an AC that really helped in keeping it comfortable and cozy. The balcony looking out into the street was a sweet treat, and we enjoyed our morning tea at the balcony. Do note that the balcony is shared with the neighbouring guests, so could also be an opportunity to make friends as well :D"
