"Indeed a Dream! We stayed two nights and we felt like home!! When you have the chance come here!!! You’ll get a wonderful spacious room with a private bathroom, a separate living room and kitchen! The veranda and garden are very very beautiful and comfy! Don’t forget the central spot. And lay but not least the owners! Giorgi is a dream of a host! Sooo friendly and looking for everything so we could feel home!"

"If you like to live with a Georgian family than this is what you are looking for. Very simple way of living close to nature and attractions. Very friendly hosts. Don't expect 4 or 5 star treatment. It's just a simple easy life style. We liked it to see how they live."

"Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem relativ zentral. Bei Ankunft war jemand da und auch vorher hat der Gastgeber per Booking-Nachricht auf Englisch mit uns kommuniziert, was sich als nicht als selbstverständlich in Georgien herausgestellt hatte."
"Wir haben Küche und Esstisch mit einer Gruppe Handwerkern teilen müssen. Die waren zwar ruhig und freundlich, aber wir waren ganz froh, dass sie schon früh raus sind und wir zum Frühstück den Platz für uns hatten. Die Küchenzeile war schlecht ausgestattet und nur mäßig sauber."
"We hadden een ruim appartement op de bovenste etage. Rustig gelegen. Het was fijn om er zelf te kunnen koken, prima ingericht voor twee personen. Er was centrale verwarming maar we moesten wel vragen of ie aangezet kon worden. Gebruik een vertaalprogramma om met de gastvrouw te kunnen communiceren."

"Цена- качество соответствуют, есть прекрасная беседка для посиделок, место для приготовлений еды. Расположение недалеко от Светицховели. Машину разрешили загнать во двор."
"Кровать стоит посередине номера, поэтому остаётся маленький проход, если вы путешествуете вдвоём, будет некомфортно перемещаться по номеру. То же можно сказать и про туалет, туда вообще неудобно протискиваться. В номер было бы неплохо поставить мусорное ведро."

Очень нравится, что есть общая уютная гостиная, где можно поесть или пообщаться с соседями) В этом году нас задержали на границе (вместо обычных 1-2ч проторчали 9(!!!) Елену предупредили, что стоим и приедем поздно, доехали аж в 4 часа (!!!) Никаких вопросов, быстро поселили, все нормально Обязательно приедем ещё)))"

"The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, about 300 mts from Train Station and a walkable distance to the city center. 1 km to the Mini Bus to Mestia."

"It is well located accommodation if one does the Mestia-Ushguli trek. The hosts are very hospitable as well as their lovely children. We tried only the breakfast, but as it is mentioned in other reviews, the food is fantastic and homemade. It is also very clean and tidy."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
"The dinner and the breakfast were rich and tasty. Many of the raw materials for the food are grown by the family (f.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, honey, trout, etc.) and they offer also own wine."
