"On our last day before leaving, it happened to be a special day in this country, and taxis couldn't reach the hotel. Marika and two male staff members at the hotel reception were very friendly and helped us carry our luggage to a taxi stand. We were very grateful to them."

"The only reason to give this hotel any points is its location in the heart of old Tbilisi. And maybe one receptionist who was nice and helpful."
"Almost everything. Starting with customer service (especially the kitchen staff - unpleasant and repulsive), room equipment (broken front door, broken shower, uncomfortable bed), low-quality wifi and many many others. The breakfast was very basic, with little choice and practically never replenished. Furthermore, there was a constant lack of clean dishes (e.g. cups, glasses). Very acustic room - conversations from the reception desk could be heard until late at night + outside noise all night long."

I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose it again. Highly recommended!"
