"We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff at the reception was always friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Elene, who was incredibly helpful even before our arrival — she assisted us with airport transfer arrangements and answered all our questions promptly."
"However, there are a few areas that could be improved: The breakfast was quite limited and repetitive, and the service during breakfast could be more attentive. We often had to ask for plates, cutlery, or food items to be refilled, and sometimes tables were not cleared promptly, making it difficult to find a clean spot to sit. Additionally, the rooms are somewhat noisy, so you might hear sounds from neighboring rooms or the hallway."
