"I had such a great time staying at Prime House. The place is cozy, warm, and full of character. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt very calm and relaxing. The house has a lovely wooden interior and beautiful details everywhere — books, plants, art, and comfortable spaces to sit and unwind. I especially loved having my morning coffee by the green table with the sunlight coming in — it felt so peaceful. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help but also gave me space to enjoy my stay. You can tell they really care about the place and the guests. It’s one of those places that instantly feels like home. I would definitely love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend! 💛"

"Very nice, comfortable guesthouse in a quiet location in Bolnisi, run by a nice Russian-American couple in love ;) The owner came for the weekend and he was a nice guy too. I was the only guest at the time, we spent some nice time together, pruned the vineyard, went for a trip to Bolnisi Sioni cathedral and Tsughrughasheni church, watched a movie and had some of the owner's wine, which was delicious. I originally came for one night, but I finally stayed four nights. I had the whole first floor just for me, so I enjoyed complete privacy and comfort. Despite the bad weather, rainy and very cold for mid-April, I enjoyed a great relaxing stay here. Thank you for everything!"

"Bolnisi ist recht langgezogen. "Zentrum" auf der einen Seite und das hervorragende Museum auf der anderen Seite sind etwa äquidistant zur Unterkunft und ein ganzes Stück zu laufen."

"Очень отзывчивая, заботливая и при этом совершенно ненавязчивая хозяйка. Все, что нужно для спокойного отдыха. Чистота и удобные кровати. Кухня, холодильник, плита, посуда предоставляется отдыхающим, и по желанию позавтракать можно как в кухне, так и на террасе, или за столиком в саду, под виноградными лозами. Горячая вода, душ с раковиной отдельно, туалет с раковиной отдельно, расположены на этаже, но удобно, не вызвало дискомфорта. Окна в сад в туалете и душе отдельно порадовали. Пение птиц с раннего утра, зелёный уголок Болниси, рядом территория детского садика с высокими деревьями. Вид с крыльца на собор Петра и Павла на высокой горе. Очень тихая улица, машин практически нет, только пение птиц. Машину можно оставить как во дворе, так и на улице, в тени высокого кипариса."

"У нашей комнаты на втором этаже была странная конструктивная особенность - в стене открытый проем, выходящий в холл, прикрытый тяжёлой шторой. Если будут разговоры в холле, или много кулинарии на кухне - то ваша спальня не будет изолирована от звуков или запахов. Ещё один минус такой конструкции - при ветре открытое окно создаёт сквозняк, и даже тяжёлая штора болтается туда- сюда. Спать с открытым окном необходимо, и движение шторы может мешать. Я бы посоветовала хозяевам закрыть этот проем хотя бы плексигласом, поликарбонатом, если полноценным окном слишком затратно."

"Ездили сюда на Пасху компанией. Провели в этом доме 3 дня. Хочу сказать большое спасибо этому месту, точнее его хозяевам за гостеприимство, за уютные номера со всеми необходимыми удобствами, за клиентоориентированность персонала. У гостевого дома аутентичный дизайн, тихая , добрая атмосфера, уютный благоустроенный дворик ."
