"Personally, i would have liked to have been greeted by a human rather than being sent a code to the front door and the room, the waterfall showef wasnt brilliant for a proper shower, bit with the layout of the bathroom i guess it couldnt be changed, the electric bath fill dis go wrong but the guy did come straight away and sort it out, we were leaving anyway so didnt cause us any grief"

"Nothing really disappointed us we knew there was no breakfast as the dining room was under renovation, however we got sausage baps on Friday for £1 . The breakfast facilities are heading to an automated system using vending machines which has put us off returning to the property in the future."
"Very clean and cosy. Easy check in and out. Nice clean shower with a lovely powerful shower always hot water. Comfortable bed. 25 minute walk into the city. Black out blinds made it easy to sleep. No noise from the traffic."
"Location right near the hospital made getting in and out very difficult especially coming in to it we were stuck in a traffic jam for an hour. Nothing they can do about it but give yourself plenty of time. The breakfast room was being refurbished and we weren't informed of this prior to our visit so no breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat in the city. Xx"
