"Quaint old property. Very comfortable and host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and very good quality ingredients. Room was large and bed comfortable."

"It was everything we needed for our one night stay. It was warm, comfortable lovely fire going. Bed was really comfy and the room was quiet."

"I tried to get a lukewarm shower but it kept going from too hot to cold next time I will ask staff to adjust the shower to the right temperature before I go in."

"Excellent location, very welcoming host, clean and spacio0us room with the usual free tea/coffee, biscuits. A nice leisurely walk up the hill into the village centre for an excellent dinner at The Arundell Hotel. The breakfast was top class with excellent local produce. Really hard frost that night, so the hardware store across the street came in handy as purchased a can of de-icer the following morning. Would recommend and stay again."

"Really friendly welcome. I was arriving late but that wasn't an issue. Lovely room and a comfy bed Cooked breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in a long time. Locally sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection"
