"John and Sue couldn't do enough for me. The location is excellent, literally right on the seafront."

"Sue is so welcoming. The rooms were warm and spacious which was appreciated as we were walking. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of food - all cooked to perfection. Hot water in the shower. Good value for money."
