"Really comfy beds. Great view of the church at the back. Liked the stylish gothic theme. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent full English in the restaurant."
"Bathroom needed some TLC. Parking not easy in East Grinstead (obviously the property has no control over that). Would have liked a B+B option so breakfast included in price. No lit mirror for applying makeup (very minor point!)"

"We stayed here as we were visiting Hever Castle. Great location, lots of amenities nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There were wine and prosecco glasses which was a nice touch"

"The host and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was superb and the location was perfect."

"Host extremely kind and helpful. The windows in our room are opposite beautiful ancient church - our stay felt more peaceful. Parking very close was free on high Street between 6pm to 8am. East Grinstead is Husband said he had the best night’s sleep! 💤 Shame a neighbour kept slamming their back door around 10pm (hotelier informed And responded to me immediately)."
