"Nice B&B, room very warm. Shower was fine although a little weak. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Tea and coffee and biscuits in the room and a little chocolate each. Breakfast was lovely and host very nice."

"Room was up 2 flights of stairs which was a pain with a case and bags"

"Lovely guest house ideally located near Beachy Head. Susanne was really friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. Tasty cooked breakfast served, alongside cereals, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast."

"The parking isn't great but that's to be expected everywhere these days. It's no big deal to find somewhere to park a few minutes walk away."

"The room was very clean and tidy and the operation is run very smoothly and efficiently with warmth by the owner. She could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent, away from the centre of Eastbourne in a very nice 'village' part of the town with a couple of good pubs to choose from a short walk away."

"One of us is over 6ft tall and the shower in our room was a bit of a struggle with a horizontal bar running across the shower"

"Breakfast varied and delicious. Quiet room at the top of the lovely large 1900s house. Decent sized twin with small en-suite. Kind hosts helped with luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. On-street parking was convenient, and only needed a permit (£3 from host) for a portion of the stay. Great location for us visiting the west side of the town and close-by bus stop to get further east for a trip to the pier and seaside."

"This was a masterclass in customer service from arrival to departure. There was such a relaxed and friendly vibe to the pub that seemed to emanate from the kindness and attention the staff gave. The Sunday lunch was superb and great value too. The included breakfast was also fantastic with proper coffee! The room was surprisingly quiet and we even had the window open all night although it was a Sunday so maybe different in the week. The located just of the main road helped here I think."
