"This traditionally built wooden-frame chalet-style house is situated on the edge of the forest. It provided ample room for the two of us, but could easily accommodate a family. The situation is peaceful, with birdsong and the distant sound of the ocean. The beach is a short walk away, either along the road or through the edge of the forest. There are a some shops and restaurants at the beach, including La Plancha du Pecheur, which serves good food and has a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea. The railway station and a cycle hire shop are within an easy walk. The village of Ondres is a few minutes drive away and has bars, restaurants, shops and a useful Carrefour supermarket. There is also a tourist information office with maps of local walking and cycling routes. The nearby nature reserve at Marais d'Orx is worth a visit."

"De accommodatie bevindt zich aan de doorgaande maar rustige weg. Gemakkelijk parkeren bij de accommodatie. Vriendelijke hostess Monik vertelt graag over de diverse mogelijke bezichtigingen in zowel Franse als Engelse taal. De ruime woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en met een eigen terras. Er is meer dan voldoende naslagwerk aanwezig over de streek Normandië en over Isigni zelf. De aanwezige fietsen zijn niet elektrisch maar er zijn goede redelijk vlakke fietspaden."
