"The pictures are telling the truth, a wonderful holiday home. You can feel that the owner is part time living there"

"Great location by the river. Very comfortable accommodation. Spacious bedrooms."
"We needed to give the kitchen a clean when we arrived. Outdoor furniture could be better. With young children / babies you have to be careful outside if neighbours have dogs off the leash as the gardens are open. The accommodation has 3 floors and sound travels very easily between them as there is no floor insulation, just floorboards (we had to be very quiet after we put our baby to bed)"

"Great location to explore Dinan by foot and the Emerald coast by car. Comfortable beds. Very well appointed kitchen. Nice and quiet. Responsive staff. Modern design and facilities. Great to have two bathrooms!"
"There are effectively only 2 parking spaces for 4 ajoined townhouses, so parking is not guaranteed. The outdoor furniture for Gîte 3 was sparse and the table was dirty. The plants were dead. There is no bbq. The photos show the outdoor area of the neighbour."
"This a beautiful property in a very quiet location near the Port of Dinan. The home has everything you need for your stay, and more. Both bedrooms have ensuites making the home perfect for two couples. The ground floor living area is roomy with a very well appointed kitchen and the outdoor patio area is a real bonus. There are plenty of places to eat out nearby along the the port and a very picturesque walk up to Dinan with the bustle and facilities of a big town."

"The apartment is really nice and clean, comfortable, totally renovated and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the outside at all. The kitchen had almost everything. Parking spots on the road but we didn't have a problem finding one. 10 mins walk to the city centre."
"The WiFi code wasn't somewhere written, the door lock was a bit strange and we didn't have electricity for a few minutes but all the above were sorted out after a phone call to the owner"
