"What a lovely chalet, and such views! It was hot when we stayed at chez alphonse, and we really loved the terasse which is in the shade as it has a ‘roof’. The chalet has everything you need for cooking and even has a washing machine. The cute village of Thones is 5 min drive and has some decent dining options. We had a lovely time!"

"It was a wonderful experience living in this beautiful old apartment, wonderful views over the river to the cliffs, everything that you need is there, it is very rustic and old fashioned but just as one should want it to be when living in a 17th century building. Nannette and Christian are perfect hosts, there to greet you and help you but leaving you to your own devices as well."
