"Good & safe residential area on a quiet street. Has a Nespresso machine, dish soap, cooking facilities although we didn’t use it. Very close, 5 minute walk to the main metro/bus hub St. Denis University. Around 35 minutes metro ride to central Paris. Uber prices are depending on the time of the day 13€ to 23€ to Gare Du Nord. Chose this place due to the proximity to St. Denis University housing. We could leave our luggages on check out day & do errands. Thank you!"

"Clean and comfortable apartment. There is a kettle, coffee machine, dishes. Close to the metro and bus station for departure to the airport. Close to shops and fast food."

"What needs to be improved: The bed linen is of poor quality, the sheet is very worn. The pillow is very small and uncomfortable. The blue sofa cover is very dirty and should be dry cleaned. Bottle opener missing. There is no soap, shower gel, shampoo. The bed creaks. Noise insulation is low."

"A few small things that would make it absolutely perfect - pillows should be better, hangers for towels in the bathroom are needed and slippers in apartman could be useful, since the flow was a bit cold."
