"Fantastic location, high up on the mountainside with a garden to eat food in and free private parking. This feels so peaceful, it’s next to a fantastic restaurant overlooking the lake and close to where the paragliders take off."

"It met my expectation of staying right under the Montmin flying site. Restaurants nearby and gift shops. Day and night view are fantastic. Reception from the host, even with langage barrier, was fantastic! If you fly paraglider, is a 20 minutes hike uphill to make the ramp. During flying season it will be no problem getting back up again."

"L'emplacement est super pour les balades en montagne, proche d'Annecy et notre hôte super gentille, donne de bons conseils et si besoin toujours disponible. Super séjour."

"De groene omgeving in de bergen. Het moderne, schone appartement met de nodige voorzieningen. De rust en stilte in de studio. De barbecue in de tuin en vele zitplekken, zodat je altijd een plekje in de schaduw en zon hebt. Het uitzichtpunt op loopafstand."
"Het verblijf zit op de col de la Forclaz, dus op een bergtop. Hier zitten maar een paar (toeristische) faciliteiten. Voor alle overige activiteiten en faciliteiten, zoals Lac d’Annecy, moet je dus 20 minuten met jouw auto naar beneden (en weer terug). Wees je hiervan bewust! Ook is het wat druk en toeristisch rondom het verblijf, maar daar heb je niet veel last van in de tuin. In het verblijf is het muisstil."

"It felt like staying with family. We were very comfortable. Christophe took extra care to ensure we were taken care. Extra touch and thoughtfulness makes all the difference. We arrived at 1am as delayed train and left at 5am with no hassels."

"Excellent facilities, apartment was perfect for what we needed (two guys sightseeing and watching some of the Tour de France). Convenience store/small supermarket was only couple minutes walk away and nearest town with big supermarket was only 15min drive. Main parking area was only couple minutes walk away and we had no issues with finding space apart from one night. Also no concerns about car damage either. Looking to come again next year!"

"Modern, clean and spacious apartment, great location, friendly and responsive staff who helped us with any issues. Good internet, well equipped kitchen. Close to Star rental bikes for getting into Rennes. Electric shutters make sure it's nice and dark at night. The bed could really do with an upgrade, the mattress was quite old. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours upstairs. Little details like a toilet paper holder or lamp shades on all lamps would make the place nicer. The heating system was bizarre and we were cold at night, but the staff brought us an extra heater which was very kind."
"Everything. Evelyne & Jacky are so lovely, and perfect hosts. The house is very confortable, modern and cute. The breakfast is amazing and homemade. We will be back soon!"
