Terrasse
"Great location, very friendly hostess who met us at the accommodation. Secure car parking. Air con is great. Room security excellent. Quiet except for upstairs works during the day."
"Bed is a sofa bed which is very firm. Would prefer cotton sheets rather than synthetic, especially in hot weather."
"The apartment was well equiped, clean and in a good location. There was onsite free secured parking. Didier was very proactive and responsive. There is a large grocery store nearby and some restaurants not far away."
"A clothes washing machine would be a big plus. Otherwise the apartment was very well equipped."

"The accommodation is as described. Very clean and tidy and close to the city center. Instructions to access the accommodation were very clear and accurate. Appartment had all the necessary facilities."
"Excellent hostess, waited for us to arrive even though we were four hours late because of a breakdown. She showed us around and then returned with a bottle of wine , to help us relax after a bad day. The Gite was lovely, clean and well equipped. A pleasure to stay."

"The apartment was sparkling clean, literally 5 min. to the tram station from which it was very easy to go anywhere in Nice, kitchen was fully equipped, there’s one bedroom with nice spacious bed, there are two AC in the bedroom and living room, a nice balcony, another smaller balcony, shower and bathroom. The rooftop pool is open and there are sun beds. Also, there’s a supermarket right next to the building, which was also very convenient. Huguette, the hostess is very nice, she allowed us to check in earlier, and gave us a tour, and tips for making our stay in Nice memorable. Whole area is very nice, quiet and lovely. We loved everything about our stay in the apartment, and we recommend it sincerely."
"Good location 5 minutes walk to the center of Perpignan supermarket also 5 minutes walk away the facilities in the apartment are adequate to cook a basic meal ( but when there are good restaurants nearby why would you need too) there is also a washing machine which is a bonus"
