"Really nice property that’s well laid out and in a very nice location. Fred the host couldn’t do more and was able to provide good tips on local restaurants and things to do and see. Excellent stay all round."

"Fantastic location with a gorgeous little outside terrace. Fred our host was lovely and gave us lots of useful info. The studio is small and compact with everything you need in a home away from home. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic location short walk from Palais du Congres in Port Maillot where our conference was held. Neuilly was a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Fred, the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly."

"Location in Neuilly is great, walking distance to restaurants, bus, metro, parks, and shops. Comfortable large bed and cute outside patio area. Bathroom with a bath and heated towel rails was great after a long, cold day of walking! Having coffee pods provided was a great treat too."

"If you have a car, parking is not available onsite only in the street, which is very difficult to find and expensive… this is not the fault of the owners of course."

"Tout d'abord l'amabilité, la disponibilité et la chaleur de l'hôte. Ensui?te la situation situé dans une petite voie privée (donc hyper calme) et l'organisation du studio qui se prolonge par un petit jardin. Le studio lui même est bien organisé et commode. En particulier, la salle de bain est ramassée et parfaitement équipée"

"J’ai vraiment apprécié le calme, la décoration et la situation géographique du studio. Je suis venue pour être proche de ma mamie hospitalisée et télétravailler. Mais le studio permet aussi de faire un bon nid douillet pour amoureux. La petite table extérieure est vraiment le plus."

"Een heerlijke plek met een fijn terras met veel schaduw! Mooie keuken en alles aanwezig. 2 slaapkamers en een keurige badkamer. Op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van het prachtige plaatsje Valbonne waar je de lekkerste restaurants hebt en leuke oude straatjes. Op vrijdag de leuke markt met van alles!!! De gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug."

"The photos do not do the property justice. The house and facilities are fantastic. Manuel was extremely helpful and couldn’t do more to make our stay wonderful. The swimming pool is a really good size as well as the outside facilities. It was extremely well kept inside and out and has enormous character. Shops, bakeries and town within walking distance. I would highly recommend this spacious property we all had a lovely time."

"Comfortable farmhouse conversion with a variety of bedroom arrangements. Absolutely ideal for a family or families with children. Well equipped kitchen - by the end of the season in need of a bit of tlc, but nothing major. Swimming pool adjoining house perfect for young children and with sufficient sun beds. Lots of board games, table tennis, etc. Wifi good in the main living area. Super hosts Julian and Sheila live next door, are full of helpful information and were immediately onto any problem. Attractive local area to explore - less than an hour to Mont St Michel and Fougeres and just over the hour to Dinan. Great market in St Hilaire on Wednesday mornings."
