"We were sent the door code -- it took a few minutes to work out that the door code operated both the outer and the inner door and we arrived in the dark so spent a few minutes trying to go up the wrong stair cases. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our tall family members and air conditioning to keep cool in the heat. Nicely equipped kitchen."

"The door code entry system stopped working at one point so we were anxious about being able to get back in if we went out. However, the host very quickly and helpfully sorted out an alternative option using a physical key, so this wasn't a problem."

"muy limpio y tal y como se muestra en las fotos el aire funciona perfectamente y está muy bien ubicado"

"no me gustó tener q dar una fianza tan alta y la tardanza en el abono de la misma tampoco me parece correcto tener q dejar la habitación a las 10 de mañana y que el checkin sea a las 5 de la tarde, es algo que se debería mejorar"

"Big, spacious house with many bedrooms. Located in a quiet place, but to the city center maximum 15 min walk. Very well equipped kitchen and 2 terraces where you can enjoy coffee or breakfast/lunch/dinner. I recommend."

"It was a pleasure to be guests of Jimmy, who was extremely kind and punctual with the key handover, despite our late evening arrival. The apartment, recently renovated, lacks nothing and is located just a few steps from the town hall and offers a beautiful view of the lake. Its location was perfect for visiting the town and the surrounding area. Moreover, it has a reserved underground parking space nearby, making it convenient for managing luggage."

"The hosts were absolutely lovely. They met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was about 5 minutes from the station, very close to Arles centre and right next to Monoprix. The facilities in the apartment were great: plenty of plates, cutlery and appliances such as a coffee machine. Great air conditioning. Very spacious apartment. Loved the lounge and little terrace. The owner kindly let us keep our suitcases there until we caught our train which was late afternoon. Very friendly host. Would love to stay again."
