"Antoine is an amazing host. Communicates quickly and clearly. The location is perfect. We decided to stay 6 nights instead of the anticipated 1 night. The interior, decoration and atmosphere is unique in France. We also stayed in the guest house where we could use all facilities: kitchen, living, terrace, garden. Super spacious, ideal for all our surf gear and walking distance from everything you need. I and the beds are extremely comfortable!"

"Large and comfortable apartment with original features and wood floors. Very warm - despite it being January and literally freezing outside for most of our stay. Excellent location for old Lille and train station - we arrived on the Eurostar at Lille Europe and walked in easily. Quiet - and bedroom is at back not on road. Loved all the plants! Key collection from bar on corner was easy and our host was in touch to make sure we had settled in. We found Lille really interesting even in freezing rain and the people very friendly. We also visited La Piscine and La Manufacture in Roubaix which made a good short trip using the metro. The food and beer were excellent - we did not go home slimmer!"

I was a bit concerned about the deposit at first, but the host provided additional information very quickly, which made me feel reassured. After we checked out, the deposit was returned the next day without any issues. Overall, everything worked out perfectly."
